Option is borrowed from the Google Toolbar, and makes the Google Chrome the first browser, which translates web pages without the use of extensions.

When you visit a page in a foreign language, Chrome shows infobar, which offers a translation page. The message can be ignored, change the language, which was identified automatically, or put options. If you click on “Translate”, Google Chrome will translate the page.

According to representatives of Google, the function is activated when the language of the current page does not match the language of the browser. At the insistence when translation is available with 52 languages.

Options allow you to disable translation for current language or the current page. Options to disable the list of languages or sites in the current version does not.
