On Saturday, Google launched a special project to help victims of the earthquake in Chile to find their loved ones. Search engine operates at Chilepersonfinder.appspot.com in English and Spanish.

Users search engine can both solicit the names of those whom they seek, and placed them with information on known victims. On Saturday, a search engine had about 1,400 entries at the moment they have 35900.

A similar project launched by Google a month ago about the earthquake in Haiti currently has 58.700 records.
